Damage caused by the following causes is not covered by the warranty: Incorrect assembly, improper use or storage and incorrect or careless handling, use other than for domestic use, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer, lack of cleanliness, scratches / bumps or any other accidents, repairs that are not performed properly and use of non-genuine spare parts, normal wear, chemical or physical effects on the product surfaces, disregard of the manufacturer's instructions as stated on the package.

In case a specialized employee of Tumi stores finds a defect of a product or its component, Tumi stores or the online store tumi.bagstories.gr will correct or repair the problem. If deemed necessary, the defective part and / or the whole product can be replaced. If the defective product no longer belongs to the collection of Tumi products, Tumi stores or the online store gr.tumi.com will arrange for its replacement with another of similar properties and price
