SHIPPING METHODS
& COST
The products you purchase at gr.Tumi.com are delivered by Geniki Taxydromiki courier.
The total shipping costs are calculated automatically upon completion of the order.
Shipping costs:
FREE Shipping on all orders. The products will
be sent in two working days for Athens and three working days for Thessaloniki
and the province, provided that the products are ready to be delivered. In case of cash on delivery there
is an additional charge of 2.50€ for all shipments.
Delivery Dates and Times:
Delivery dates are from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 17.00pm all over Greece.
AVAILABILITY
The availiability of a product is clearly marked on the product page "Available" Most products are in stock and ready for delivery. For more information read the details below.
Please note: Expected shipping times
determine when a product is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the
product reaches its final shipment destination. After your order leaves our
warehouse, delivery times vary depending on the location of your shipping
address
Available products for monogram
We currently offer free monograms for most of our travel and business
collections. In addition, many of our wallets and accessories may have a
monogram. To buy a full range of products available for monogram please call
our stores for instructions or visit
the page Personalization page. The
store that offers monogram is
the TUMI shop at Golden Hall Mall.
For our travel and business collections, the
monogram will be placed on the outer lining in the special monogram position
and / or on the luggage tag, where available. In wallets, the monogram is
generally placed on the inside.
MONOGRAM STYLE
You can choose either the embossed stamp
technique or the bolder printing technique, available in a range of colors such
as TUMI Red. We offer a choice of font and size for each type of product and a
maximum number of three (3) original monograms
Delivery time
The monogram requires extra time. Calculate
about 2-3 extra working days for the delivery of your order.
IN-STOCK PRODUCTS
Most orders for In-Stock products start shipping
as soon as your online purchase is complete. Your payment is approved and the
receipt address is verified. In-Stock products leave the warehouse in 1-2
working days. However, when an order is completed on Friday afternoon, the
processing time is extended for 1-2 days because there is a weekend that does
not process orders. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery
times vary depending on the location of your shipping address. Please note that
the business days are Monday to Friday.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
WHEN CAN YOU FIND
YOUR ORDER?
In our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned
to packages immediately and are generally displayed on the carrier's website,
along with your order information. However, it may take up to 24 hours before
the package is checked in the conveyor monitoring system.
