FREE RETURN


We want to be fully satisfied with every product you purchase from gr.Tumi.com. If you are located near a Tumi shop you can visit the store in your area and, after the condition of the product is checked by the person in charge, the return and purchase of the new product can be completed in the store. If the product you ordered does not satisfy you, you can return it within 30 calendar days at absolutely no cost, from the date of receipt of the product. Please note: Monogrammed and Personilized items, including Tumi Accents cannot be returned.


In case of courier delivery:

  • If the product you ordered is defective or you received it broken you can return it within 30 calendar days at absolutely no cost, from the date of receipt, packaged in a package, and we will replace it for you. In this case, contact us by e-mail at infotumi@sarafidisgroup.gr or by phone at 210 9478761 to arrange his return. Shipping costs are borne entirely by Tumi as well as shipping of the new product.
  • In case your product has been given as a gift and you would like to return it, contact us by e-mail at infotumi@sarafidisgroup.gr or by phone at 2109478761 to organize the return and shipping of the new product. In this case the cost of return and shipping of the new product is borne by the customer.
