A payment in the online store gr.tumi.com, concerns the payment of the products of the order as well as their shipping costs.
An order can be paid directly through tumi.bagstories.gr in the following ways:
- With your credit card. Payment is made through the secure environment of Eurobank. Every credit card transaction through the online store gr.tumi.com is processed through VeriSign Secured, which provides a secure online system for encrypting your personal and banking data.
- With Apple Pay from an iPhone.
- Via Klarna in three interest-free installments.
- Cash on delivery - (cash payment at the time of delivery to the courier with an additional charge of 2.50€) Only for payments up to 500€.
- By deposit in a bank account. The deposit can be made in the following bank accounts:

Upon completion of the deposit send by fax the receipt to 2109415379 or by e-mail to infotumi@sarafidisgroup.gr or notify us by phone at 2109478761 (for the attention of Mr. Psychas). The products of your order will remain blocked for one working day until the payment of the price.
Attention: the products of the order are sent only after the confirmation of the deposit. According to the current tax provisions, documents worth more than 1.500€ (including VAT) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and documents worth more than 3.000€ (including VAT) to professionals / businesses (Sales Invoice) should be paid ONLY with the following ways:
- Deposit / transfer to a bank account
- Debit on credit or debit card Documents to professionals / companies with a Sales Invoice worth over 500€ and up to 2.999.99€ can also be paid in Cash, but are not deducted from the customer's expenses.
